What's happening at Fountain Hills
Looking for a fun way to express yourself? Try this self-directed, creative writing activity especially for tweens! Every month there’s something new to do: poetry, secret codes, cartoon captions,, book reviews, and much more! Finished projects can be turned in at the customer service desk in exchange for a small prize, Finished works are displayed on the Write-On! bulletin board. One activity sheet per library visit, please!

The Fountain Hills Branch Library opened in its 15,000-sq. ft. facility on October 1, 2001. The Library is part of the Fountain Hills Community Center complex, which also includes a large Activities building and The River of Time Museum. The Library is state-of-the-art with over 40 public computers with flat screens, smart cards for printing and scheduling computer time and the latest in display shelving and marketing tools.
The library offers vending machines and is a completely self-checkout facility. The Fountain Hills Library Association runs a resale bookstore in the building and provides additional support for the Branch.
7 Day Express
We hope you are enjoying our new 7-DAY EXPRESS program for quick access to your favorite, best-selling items!
If not, consider this your exclusive invitation to participate in the program.
EXPRESS items can be checked out from select libraries for up to seven days; they cannot be reserved or renewed. You must come into the library to check out an EXPRESS item.
For your convenience, EXPRESS books are limited to a maximum of 400 pages to make them easy reads within a week. New titles are being added every month.
Participating libraries include Southeast Regional, Perry Branch, North Valley Regional, Northwest Regional, Fountain Hills, Queen Creek, and Litchfield Park. Look for these select books with the neon green 7-DAY EXPRESS sticker on the spine in a special display area.
