Branch Information

Perry Branch Library in Gilbert opened in June 2007 and is located on the grounds the Chandler Unified School District’s Perry High School. This joint-use facility was built by the Chandler Unified School District and the Town of Gilbert and is operated as a branch of the Maricopa County Library District. It is located on the Southwest corner of 156th Street and Queen Creek Road. The branch library entrance is on 156th Street.

The 28,000-sq. ft. facility has over 30 computers, a full range of materials (30,000 items) and is a one-stop library with the latest in technology. Perry is a ShelfLogic branch.

Express Collection

We hope you are enjoying our new 7-DAY EXPRESS books program for quick access to your favorite, best-selling books!

If not, consider this your exclusive invitation to participate in the program.

EXPRESS books can be checked out from select libraries for up to seven days; they cannot be reserved or renewed. You must come into the library to check out an EXPRESS book.

For your convenience, EXPRESS titles are limited to a maximum 400 pages to make them easy reads within a week. New titles are being added every month.

Participating libraries include Southeast Regional, Perry Branch, North Valley Regional, Northwest Regional & Litchfield Park Branch. Look for these select books with the neon green 7-DAY EXPRESS sticker on the spine in a special display area.
