LITCHFIELD PARK LIBRARY CELEBRATION SLATED FOR DEC. 1
After a one-month renovation, the Litchfield Park Branch Library is celebrating its re-opening on Thursday, December 1, 9:30 a.m.
The formal event features remarks from District 4 Supervisor Max Wilson, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Tina Norwalk, administrator, Litchfield Park Library Association among others. The program concludes with a ceremonial ribbon cutting to welcome customers to the rejuvenated facility.
Updates to the library include a new customer service desk, new carpeting, Dewey-less arrangement, newly painted walls, more computers, and new furniture.
Customers are welcome to attend the event or simply visit to check out a book or look at the library's new features.
